Based on the debate on silent weapons and precision weapons and ammunition, international proposals are put forward for their manufacture and use in the armed forces but not for the civilian public.

For two days, the DISEC committee held a debate on the subject of silencing weapons and guided ammunition. During the first session, the proposals of the international communities to combat this pre-problem were observed and listened to, where recommendations were presented that had an impact, such as that of the Russian delegation, who proposed "shooting star," a method to develop weapons in a responsible way and with medium access to the civilian public. This proposal opened the debate on the idea of the international security of people. The USA mentioned that the development of weapons is indispensable and that citizen security would improve notably if a registry of people who obtain these kinds of weapons were kept. North Korea favored this and proposed its use in case of war on the condition that the weapons would not be easily accessible to civilians and people outside the group of military and political leaders of the country without the authorization of the international community.

During the second session, there was a case of assassination in Italy, where the Minister of Environment and Energy Security, Gilberto Pichetto, was killed by an ACCURACY AW rifle, a precision weapon that was recovered and, upon examination was found to have been modified with AI coding for more excellent range and location. The case was linked to an Italian mafia called the "Red Brigades." The President of Italy, Sergio Mattarela, said that it was better to maintain the safety and security of the citizens; after that, he mentioned that the use of IA would be forbidden because of its dangerous potential. Ben Wallace, the UK security minister, stated that "It's a pity what happened, but one case will not stop the armament world," mentioning that he called Australia's President Scott John Morrison for a private meeting to see the potential of AI weaponry and its possible performance in the military forces. The Australian president did not state then but agreed to the private forum. Following this event, the Italian delegation left its bloc and joined another with the same thoughts of continuing with the weapons but no longer with the IA, to seek the best general security of civilians and to avoid a lousy advance of the technology the other hand, the UK further encouraged the development of the weapons, asking the international community to see the potential of the spear in cases of national or international emergencies. The international community of developing countries, such as the Central Asian countries and part of Africa, mentioned that its development would be good for the countries' security in case of terrorism. Still, this issue became complicated because of insecurity and corruption because developing weapons was not always possible.

Later news came to light, where it was declared that there were 150 deaths due to a failure in the test system of the PGMs, where a missile exploded against Deuson, generating controversy at the international level due to the loss and the "massacre," this caused the politicians of the delegation of Croatia and Belgium, condemned the situation and decided to cut relations with South Korea for the carelessness and lack of prevention in the case. After a few moments, the delegation mentioned from Greece that they had information about a matter of corruption in South Korea; the info consisted of evidence that part of the money for the test was stolen by politicians, and this is what caused the failure and the deaths. This caused the Korean delegation to be attacked and rejected by the international community because of the corruption case. The corruption of countries and possible similar issues, if laws to develop weapons were passed, was put on the table, which divided the committee into three opinions, thus forming three different blocs. In the third session, the international community focused more on the draft resolutions, where the debate was based on the international proposals and their advantages and disadvantages. The most controversial issues were terrorism, weapons counterfeiting, corruption, citizen security, unforeseen failures, lack of care, and cost of maintenance and safety.
